Public offer
1. General Terms
This document is the official public offer of the TEPLO online store (IE «TEPLO», Tashkent) and contains all material terms of the sales contract.
By placing an order at shop.teplo.store, the buyer accepts the terms of this offer in full.
2. Subject of Contract
The seller undertakes to transfer the goods listed on the website to the buyer, and the buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them.
The assortment, quantity, and price of goods are determined based on the buyer's order.
3. Placing an Order
Orders are placed through shop.teplo.store by adding items to the cart and completing the checkout form.
After placing an order, the buyer receives a confirmation via SMS or email containing the order number and amount due.
4. Payment
Payment can be made by: cash on delivery, bank card (Uzcard, Humo, Visa, Mastercard), or card transfer.
Prices are listed in Uzbek som and are valid at the time of order placement.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available across Tashkent and regions of Uzbekistan. Delivery times and costs are detailed in the Payment & Delivery section.
Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the buyer upon transfer by courier or at the pickup point.
6. Returns & Exchanges
The buyer may return or exchange goods within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition.
Return conditions are detailed in the Return Policy section.
7. Liability
The seller is responsible for product quality and accuracy of descriptions on the website. The seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of data provided when placing an order.
8. Force Majeure
Parties are released from liability for non-performance in the event of force majeure (natural disasters, military actions, government decisions, etc.).
The affected party must notify the other party of force majeure as soon as possible.
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from this offer shall be resolved through negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through pre-trial negotiation, it shall be submitted to the court at the seller's location.
